Passionate about applying IT to everyday business situations, Andrew has experience working with all major business departments, including customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. He has always focused on improving business processes, and during his time with GE Capital, he gained a Green Belt in the Six Sigma methodology. More recently Andrew was responsible for establishing and managing a new training department at the UK Environment Agency, designing and presenting over 40 training sessions for staff, culminating in a Plain English course to help improve writing across the organization. He also was responsible for arranging a number of 'Environment Days, which included helping local charities. Andrew joined Change3 Enterprises in 2012 overseeing European operations and presently leads global processes teams. He attended University College London and currently resides in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
